An Excursion Designed to Move You
As soon as we leave the coast, the city fades away and the blue Mediterranean opens up before us. In less than half an hour, we reach the Faraglioni of Levanzo—majestic and imposing—perfect for the first swim of the day: the water is so clear you can see the seabed without a mask.
Next, we head toward Cala Dogana, a bay seemingly made for relaxation. At 1:00 PM we land on Levanzo: an authentic village of whitewashed houses, stillness, and a suspended atmosphere. Here, we’ll enjoy a local aperitif with typical products. Lunch follows at Gino’s, a traditional island restaurant where Sicilian cuisine becomes pure flavor and simplicity—fresh dishes, genuine tastes, and white wine that smells of the sea.
The afternoon is all about the sea: Cala Fredda welcomes you with its crystal waters, then Cala Minnola offers a final moment of magic—rocks, seagrass meadows, and ancient seabeds full of history. At 5:30 PM we return to Trapani, though your mind will still be out there among those wonders.
